By knocking the Room’s door, means you are agreed to obey the house rules.

• Room No.12 is running for flexible work hours. The host usually active around 9AM to 10PM (GMT+7). He will open the door immediately once you knock his door. But please be patient, because sometimes he need more time to welcoming you.
• Room No.12 is LGBTQIA+ friendly. Everyone with bussiness account (BA), cyber account (CA), roleplayer account (RP), or Rant account are welcome. But, if you are using personal account (PA) or ALTER, you will be blocked immediately. And if it’s your first time to come to ROOM No.12, you need to public your account (not a private one).
• We welcoming you whole-heartedly, so please be nice to everyone and keep your best manner when you reach us and tell us where you find out about our residence. (please attach the link of menfess when you come). Don’t forget the magic words! [please, sorry, thank you]
• All the bookings are handled by Host. Please do not run to our Resident’s door directly. You can knock their door if the host didn’t welcoming you within 3 hours.
• Please read Resident’s profile and regulation on their page before you ask the host to meet them. And please to fill their form as detail as you can to avoid miss communication.
• Payment need to be done within 24 hours after we send you an invoice. Reschedule or refund is discussable with approval from both parties, TnC applied.
• NSFW session are only available for client who already 21+. And please respect to not talking about NSFW things to talent who doesn’t provide it.
• What happened in the room, stays in the room. Guest are restricted to share or posting your experience with our Resident on any platform and any account (including your locked account) unless for PDA purposes. You are allowed to do it if you get our Resident’s approval.
• Both Resident and Guest are prohibited from sending a picture or video that reavealing your personal identity, such as face or any part of your body.
• Your session can be canceled if we found out you broke the rules. If we find you broke the house rules, or even make anyone at Room No.12 feels unsecure, you will be knocked out from our room, and will be on our blacklist.
• Filling the Resident’s Guest book is a must. Please share your best experience and memories with our resident there. If you are have any complaints or any bad experience, you can tell the host.
• Please respect each other privacy and please do not cross the boundaries. Keep your best manners before, during, and after you visit Room No.12. And done, welcome at RO̲OM No.12! </aside>
